Shop Policies and Shipping
As a small shop, we rarely keep item in stock, as we make them when we receive an order for it. But as we also handcraft every single product, we may take a little longer during busy periods, so please bear with us if there are any delays in delivery.
For International Shipping:
After the item is made, your order will be shipped by International Courier with Tracking Service taking 7-12 business days to major cities in most part of the world. For local taxes and restrictions on leather goods, please do check with your local authorities before purchase as we are unable to keep up with all the international law and regulations.
For Local Shipping:
After the item is made, your order will be shipped by Registered Mail Service, delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.
We are not responsible for any lost item or damaged item that are caused by delivery. We try to avoid it be shipping your item with Registration Service in order to keep the tracking status. Declaration of actual value of the item is encouraged for Insurance purposes.
If your parcel is unclaimed and being returned to us, you may need to pay returning delivery cost and the cost for re-sending you back the parcel from us, cost to be quoted upon the item.
If your parcel is stalled at your local customs for taxes and restrictions or quarantined, we will not be responsible (please do make sure that products are deemed legal in your state before processing).
Refund and Exchanges
Any returns are subject to the following terms:
- Returns must be made within 7 days from date you received the item.
- Goods must not be used.
Please note that Original Shipping Fee will not be refunded.
Costs for return shipping are to be borne by the buyer.
Buyer will borne the returning import tax duties if the returning goods were to be imposed with one.
We do not take any responsibility for any return goods that get lost in transit thus highly recommend buyer to use a traceable service when returning your order. We’ll check through thoroughly before refunding. If the items are damaged, we will contact you with photos of the damages so you can take the appropriate action with your shipping company.
We apologize that we do not provide refund or exchange for all bespoke items (including broken or damaged products that caused by shipping) All items will be checked and carefully packed to ensure mint condition upon delivery.
Please note that colour of products may vary slightly from screen to screen (WYS - may not be WYG). Moreover, the colour and type of leather may have slightly difference due to the nature of the raw materials.
